In-Person Registration Includes:
Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on November 25 and 26.

Regular Fee: €150

Reduced Fee (1): €75
(1) Reduced fees apply to students. You’ll be ask to proof your student status during registration.
Registration for abstract submitters closes on 15 October. From 16 October, registration opens to participants who want to attend without submitting an abstract. Places are limited, so registrations in this second round will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Visa Support
If you require a visa to attend the conference, the Local Organising Committee can provide an invitation letter upon request. To obtain this letter, please:
Complete your conference registration and payment.
Alternatively, given the tight timeline, we’re happy to arrange your visa invitation letter in advance.
Send your request to [email protected] and copy [email protected].at with:
- A copy of your passport
- Your full affiliation
- Your complete professional address (where the letter should be addressed to)
- Arrival and departure date

Please ensure you apply early, as visa processing times may be lengthy.
