The conference will take place in Austria, Laxenburg in the Conference Center.
Please note that the conference will be held onsite. While we plan to livestream the plenary sessions, you can only actively participate when attending in person.

Accommodation
Participants are kindly asked to book their accommodation individually at Motel One Wien-Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station).
A conference shuttle will pick up participants from the hotel. Shuttle times will be published in the final program.

Visa Support
If you require a visa to attend the conference, the Organising Committee can provide an invitation letter upon request. To obtain this letter, please:
Complete your conference registration and payment.
Send your request to [email protected] with:
- A copy of your passport
- Your full affiliation
- Your complete professional address

Please ensure you apply early, as visa processing times may be lengthy.
