This ticket includes access to the livestream of the plenary sessions. Please note that interaction will not be possible – this is a listen-only option. The livestream link will be sent to you after completing your ticket registration.

In-Person Fee Categories
In-Person Registration Includes:
Coffee breaks and lunch from 30 September to 2 October.

Regular Fee: €350

Reduced Fee (1): €150
 
(1) Reduced fees apply to residents and students from low-, lower-middle-, and upper-middle-income economies as classified by the World Bank. Students must provide valid proof of enrollment. You will be prompted to upload the required documentation during registration.
Travel Grants
A limited number of travel grants are available for participants in need of support. If you believe you are eligible, please indicate this in the abstract submission form.
After the abstracts have been accepted, we will review in detail whether each author who requested a travel grant can be awarded one, as only a limited number of grants are available.
We will inform you about the outcome of the acceptance by mid of August.
Eligibility is limited to applicants with accepted papers who are both residents of, and affiliated with institutions in, countries classified as low-, lower-middle-, or upper-middle-income economies by the World Bank.
Visa Support
If you require a visa to attend the conference, the Organising Committee can provide an invitation letter upon request. To obtain this letter, please:
